Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Shipping (UK): We offer free standard shipping within the UK. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the production and shipping of your jewellery.
     

  • International Shipping: Please allow 2-3 weeks for production and shipping of your jewellery.
     

  • For EU countries:
    Free shipping on orders over £59
    £5 shipping fee for orders under £59

     

  • For the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand:
    Free shipping on orders over £59
    £5 shipping fee for orders under £59

     

  • For the Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Mainland China:
    Free shipping on all orders

     

  • We currently do not offer shipping to other regions.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you discover any gemstone quality issues within 7 days of receiving your jewellery, you can apply for a 100% refund.

  • Gemstone Loss: You may request a refund if your jewellery experiences gemstone loss or lacks its intended sparkle. Please note that such issues are eligible for refund.
     

  • ​Gemstone Damage: We accept returns for jewellery only if there is gemstone damage. Please note that damage due to human error is not covered under our return policy.
     

  • Please note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect ring sizes. Each piece is custom-made to order.
     

  • Refund Process: To initiate a return, please fill out the refund application form within 7 days of receiving your jewellery. Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the refund process. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.


     

  1. Prepare Your Return: 
    Securely package the item(s) you wish to return. Be sure to include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
     

  2. Shipping Your Return: Ship the package to our address.
     

  3. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
     

  4. Processing Your Refund: Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
