• Material: Our accessories are crafted from S925 silver plated with ten layers of platinum/ 18K gold/ 18K white gold/ 18K rose gold. This not only provides a brilliant appearance akin to platinum but also prevents oxidation, addressing the issue of silver tarnishing.
  

• Craftsmanship: Each piece of jewellery undergoes expert craftsmanship in cutting, polishing, and setting, ensuring flawless designs that sparkle with perfection.

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Master Card, Paypal. All payment methods are securely encrypted to ensure the safety of your payment information.

Yes, if you discover any gemstone quality issues within 7 days of receiving your jewellery, you can apply for a 100% refund.

• Gemstone Loss: You may request a refund if your jewellery experiences gemstone loss or lacks its intended sparkle. Please note that such issues are eligible for refund.
  

• ​Gemstone Damage: We accept returns for jewellery only if there is gemstone damage. Please note that damage due to human error is not covered under our return policy.
  

• Refund Process: To initiate a return, please fill out the refund application form within 7 days of receiving your jewellery. Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the refund process. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  

• Please note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect ring sizes. Each piece is custom-made to order.

Our jewellery typically takes 2-3 weeks for production and shipping. Each piece of jewellery is meticulously handcrafted, hence the time required to ensure its quality.
