Gemstone Loss: You may request a refund if your jewellery experiences gemstone loss or lacks its intended sparkle. Please note that such issues are eligible for refund.

​Gemstone Damage: We accept returns for jewellery only if there is gemstone damage. Please note that damage due to human error is not covered under our return policy.

Refund Process: To initiate a return, please fill out the refund application form within 7 days of receiving your jewellery.
