Yes, if you discover any gemstone quality issues within 7 days of receiving your jewellery, you can apply for a 100% refund.

 • ​Gemstone Damage: We accept returns for jewellery only if there is gemstone damage. Please note that damage due to human error is not covered under our return policy.

Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the refund process. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
 • Please note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect ring sizes. Each piece is custom-made to order.
